These terms govern your use of palmdigitalventures.com (the "Site"), operated by Palm Digital Ventures LLC ("Palm Digital Ventures", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them.
The Site is informational
The Site describes our services. It does not provide accounts, take payments, or deliver services. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and browsing it does not create a client relationship.
Services are governed by a separate agreement
Advertising and consulting services are provided only under a separate written agreement signed by Palm Digital Ventures and the client.
Where anything on this Site conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls. Nothing here modifies, extends or limits it.
Internal software
We operate internal tooling that connects to third-party advertising platforms including the Google Ads API. That software is for our own use in delivering client services. It is not offered to the public, not licensed to anyone, and no one outside Palm Digital Ventures is granted any right to use it.
No warranty on Site content
Site content is provided as is. We make no warranty that it is accurate, complete or current. Performance figures, case studies or benchmarks that may appear describe past results. Advertising outcomes depend on factors outside our control including platform policy, competition, seasonality, pricing and inventory. Past results do not predict future results.
Third-party platforms
Our services depend on platforms we do not control, including Google, Meta and similar. Those platforms set their own policies and may change them, restrict accounts, disapprove ads or alter pricing at any time. We are not responsible for their decisions, though we will work in good faith to resolve issues arising from them.
Intellectual property
Site content is owned by Palm Digital Ventures or used with permission. Do not copy or redistribute it without written consent. Client trademarks and creative shown on the Site remain the property of those clients.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palm Digital Ventures is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here alters the liability terms of a signed client agreement.

The Site may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Changes
We may revise these terms. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
