Palm Digital Ventures LLC ("Palm Digital Ventures", "we", "us") operates palmdigitalventures.com and provides paid media management services to business clients. This policy explains what information we collect and how we handle it.

Information we collect
From visitors to this website
This site is informational. We do not operate accounts, take payments, or run a store here. If you email us using the address published on the site, we receive whatever you choose to send us.
From client advertising accounts
In the course of providing services, we access advertising and analytics platforms belonging to our clients, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads and similar services. We access these under permissions granted by the account owner. The data in those accounts belongs to the client, not to us.
Our internal tooling and Google user data
We operate internal software that connects to the Google Ads API to read and manage advertising accounts we have been granted access to. Regarding that software:
- It is used only by Palm Digital Ventures personnel. It is not offered to the public.
- It authenticates using Google OAuth 2.0. Credentials are stored locally on our own machines and are not transmitted to any third party.
- It requests the
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwordsscope, which permits reading and managing Google Ads accounts the authenticated user already has access to. - It reads advertising performance data (campaigns, spend, clicks, conversions and similar) for reporting and optimization on behalf of the account owner.
- We do not sell, rent or transfer Google user data to anyone. We do not use it for advertising to consumers, and we do not use it to train machine learning models.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we use information
To deliver the services our clients engage us for: building, running, measuring and reporting on advertising campaigns. To communicate with clients and prospective clients. To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the platforms required to deliver the service (for example, uploading a campaign to Google Ads on a client's instruction), with professional advisors such as our accountant, and where required by law.
Retention
We retain client campaign records for the duration of the engagement and afterwards for as long as needed to meet contractual, tax and legal obligations. Access tokens are revoked when an engagement ends.
Security
Credentials are stored locally and access to client accounts is limited to personnel performing the work. No system is perfectly secure, and we make no guarantee of absolute security.
Your choices
If you have corresponded with us and want your information removed, email info@palmdigitalventures.com and we will delete it where we are not required to retain it.
Clients may revoke our access to their advertising accounts at any time through the platform's own permission settings, without notice to us.
Children
Our services are business to business. This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
